Sugar Free

Welcome to my site all about Sugar Free.

There are sugar free recipes, chocolate and all things sugar free.

I embarked on a sugar free diet and boy was that challenging! :) Great for weight loss though…the hardest part for me was resisting the cravings, but once they passed my urge to consume sugar had reduced greatly.

Remember, there is always hidden sugar in food, especially packaged foods. Addictions are about taking a short cut and about not facing your emotions. Time to face the music! Become Sugar Free – your mind and body will thank you, you will be happy and live longer. This is by far one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

Saying Goodbye to Sugar For Good

Sugar has to be one of the most deceiving things in this world. The sweetest foods that can satisfy your craving is taking you a step closer to obesity or diabetes. Admit it. These cravings happen more than once a day and once you take a bite, you end up eating the whole pack –you just cannot stop.

As lovely as sugar is to your tongue, you should know about the other ways that it affects your entire body. The problem is, sugar does not just exist in candies or those chocolate bars. There is sugar in fruits, milk, jam, corn and maple syrup. You might be developing a sugar addiction without even knowing it.

It should not come as a surprise to know that avoiding sugar has a lot of benefits. If you want to maintain an active lifestyle till you are in your golden years, no sugar means lesser chances of osteoporosis or diabetes. It will also give you that youthful glow (being sugar-loaded decreases your growth hormone). It will also strengthen your vision and avoid tooth decay. One of the best positive effects is that it raises your body’s immunity against bacterial infection.

It is said that sugar manages to feed cancer cells. And obviously, one great benefit of this is that you are least likely to become obese –which, of course, will lead to other sicknesses and diseases. Aside from those internal benefits to one’s health, steering clear of sugar lessens anxiety. Do not forget about how keeping things unsweetened also diminishes the chaos of children running around nonstop in your house.

The list of sugar’s side-effects to your body could go on and on and it is up to you to make that decision now. Hard as it should be, you know that you have to say goodbye to sugar if you want to live longer and healthier. The great thing is, there are ways for you to still satisfy those urges for something sweet. This site has sugar-free recipes for chocolates, cakes and pastries. Though it will be a tough feat at first, the benefits you will reap will certainly be worth it. Kick the sugar-addiction out to the curb because you will be better off without it!
